ETS Welcomes Sean Arthur, Regional Sales Manager

Adding Sean Arthur to the team was a no-brainer with a strong passion for the agriculture industry.

Born in rural north-central Iowa, Sean Arthur was raised on a corn, soybean and hog finishing operation. He was actively involved on the farm growing up and continued to further his education at Iowa State University to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ag Systems Technology with a focus on Precision Agriculture. When you ask Arthur why he enjoys being a part of the agriculture industry, his answer is simple. "I enjoy the annual cycle of growing a crop. The hope and anticipation that comes with preparing for the growing season, the uncertainty that comes with the weather, and the gratification that comes with harvest," he said. "I enjoy working with individuals who share the same ambition to grow a successful crop and are constantly searching for ways to improve."

ETS hired Arthur this past January to become one of our Regional Sales Managers for Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Brent Brueland, is happy to have him aboard. "Sean brings another set of experiences to our skilled sales team adding additional depth to our agronomic and equipment benches," said Brueland. "Sean’s farming experience combined with an ag degree from Iowa State, as well as several years leading teams for a major farm equipment manufacturer and a decade of leadership with a major seed company, are a combination that will be highly beneficial not only for ETS but for our customers."

Arthur found ETS to have values similar to his own on improving farming operations and thought it would be a great place to continue his career. "I sought out ETS because we share the same priorities for environmental stewardship and increasing productivity. The equipment that ETS creates has proven to help sustain our soils while also helping improve yields," said Arthur. "I am excited to work with farmers and help them discover farming practices that improve soil health and achieve higher profitability on their farms."

Sean and his wife, Kelly, (whom he met at their local county fair during their 4-H days), along with their boys, Brody and Cooper, still reside in the area they both grew up in. Between farming, work, and their boys, Arthur stays busy. When they can, their family enjoys trips to experience the sights and trails of a new area each year.

Welcome to the team, Sean; we are glad to have you here!
